This company situated at near of my resident, that's why I like to work here.

Dislikes

1.Internal Politics and dominates to affect home town workers career, wouldn't Providing Promotions and reasonable salary. 2.Recognition & Promotion Provide are not based on the Knowledge & Skills, only Merited Persons are North Indians. 3.Not Providing transparent salary appreciation (Increments). 4.Not providing family covered Insurance, they provides only company workers. 5.Violation of HR & Government Policies of HRM. 6.North Indian's only getting Excellent Payroll, accommodations, Benefits.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn'taddress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing much to be honest.

Dislikes

The whole company culture, no personal life. The HR department is worst here. Always monitoring for stupid things like uniform, attendance, biometric like it’s a school and not a working environment.
