...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn'taddress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The whole company culture, no personal life. The HR department is worst here. Always monitoring for stupid things like uniform, attendance, biometric like it’s a school and not a working environment.

This organisation work culture is very good and people friendly. And I increased my Job Knowlege excellent with Co-Workers and superiors.

Dislikes

I disliked experians about indivdual remunarations are moderate comparitively other organisations in my position. And more over work burden increased but not compensate with income or Promotions are not good.
