I resigned from company last one year ago but still I haven't received my final settlement salary from MT. I have also completed all the formalties before exit. Not getting any replies from HR, hv sent more than 10 emails within a year.

It is an timepass job. I served on the morning batch. Only basic work would be there

...er completing your shift.no fix off even u have to come on your off day to slog.salary are low as usual.no appraisal . inconsiderate behaviour towards junior and lower staff.no credit of work given.

It's a fraud company, They will make you work like a slave and won't pay a single penny. If you ask them constantly they will block you as well as they will terminate your work without prior notice.

Company is fraud specially HR head Annie.

ground team is coordination is good, teams supports each other exept management.

company dont have funds to pay to its employees. even after promissing for releasing variable they didnt released and denied at the end.

If we proactively understand our responsibilities and complete it, then we are liked and respected a lot, the Job security is predominant unless one is complacent in work. Very understanding people.

Dislikes

System for regular growth and incentives is not organized like in a Ltd company. Salary delays and pay cuts are continued till April at least.
