The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

First of all, the school is a mission school. It is a church based school with the sole purpose of not just building up the educational aspect but also building up the personality, character, spirituality ,etc of the students. It also provides opportunity to those drop out students .I personally love the school because I get to meet all kinds of students and I get the opportunity to meet them and learn from them too. It is a privilege for me to work in this creative school. It is fun and full of activities too.
