The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Salary was very low and slow promotion,more favir is given to indian crew and officers but for us filipino very seldom these previleges are given.. I lost my job because I was repatriated but the company didn’t support me to cope up and regain my profession instead Human resources manager Mrs. Clarissa and Mr. Irnando Rodio dump me off and told me to withdraw my documents and leave the company without any benifits or assistance from the company. I never thought MST is that worst..

Salary was very low and slow promotion on junior officers specially engineers..more favor is given to indian crew and officers but for filipino very seldom this previleges is given and chisen which person is related or close friend to the office employees.I lost my job because Iwas repatriated last July 2014 for three years MST didn’t help me to be back at work and asked me to go back for PEME and consumed almost all of my savings for remedical payments,company didn’t help me to cope up and regain my career/profession instead Human resources Head mrs. Clarissa and mr. Irnando Rodio dump me off and told me to withdraw my documents and leave the company without any benifits or assistance given. I never expected that MST Marine Services (Phils.) Inc. is that worst. All I can say is that God will make them pay of what they have done to me..It’s all coming back everything you did to me..
