if don't have work, sit idle for many days. To improve skills, sit idle is not good but involve the other kind of projects also like some other technologies. Just suggestion. Before involving in other projects, every employee should prove their talent where they are working. Then management recognize and involve them into the new projects.

HR Rama Krishna is worst candidate, don't trust him if you are joining in this company. I want to raise a concerns about HR Rama Krishna. He seems to be targeting experienced employs who leave the company. He creates difficulties for those who oppose him, leaving then with negative feedback that affects their future jobs prospects. During the notice period, he makes false allegations against employees, and he appears to be intentionally causing trouble for everyone, especially hardworking staff. It seems that HR Rama Krishna is using his position to assert undue influence and create problems for those he targets Based on my observations, Management may be supporting him due to family connections within the company. i would advise anyone considering joining the company to think carefully until this situation is addressed, as it could severely impact your career. if the HR Head is not changing his attitude, the company is likely to face significant decline. Important: during appraisals, he is coercing employees into signing a bond. if employees refuse, he directly denies them salary hikes and, they leave the company, he makes their job search extremely difficult. he is putting them under black list in naukri and linkedin..
