It is a great experience working with Mahindra SONA ltd, It has help me grow personally as well as technically, enhanced my inter personal skills, leadership skills, ability to tackle difficult situations and many more. Staff over there is supportive, coordinative and helpful in nature. Increments are on annual basis. Various training programs are also arranged to help you work efficiency. Overall experience is GOOD.

1) Different rules and treatments for officers and permanent workers over temporary,contract, casual 2) security guards behavior with contract workers is very rude and arrogant 3) No respect for contract and casual workers 4) Some contract workers(Diploma/Degree) engineer's working since last 8 years still company not thinking about them to do on roll instead of them they selected candidate from outside , fresh pass out students from colleges on roll basis from rich families after some period this type of candidates resign from msl for their benefits and same cycle repeat. 5) 95℅ workers are temporary manpower / contract workers who are working as machine operator, shop superviser, technician, Quality inspection, Quality engineers from last one decade still consider as trainee as per point of view of MSL and company selected candidate freshers pass out guys consider as officers as responsible persons. 6) BE pass out student gate interview taken by security guards sometimes. then their resume they will submit to HR 7) No respect for every individual.
