Only pro is work life balance. This company is heaven for those who don't want to grow in their career and who actually enjoy minimum work pressure. Workaholic people should strictly avoid this organisation

Dislikes

1. Micromanagement 2. HR - Thapaswini and Baishaki they are just good for nothing. Since the day these 2 people has joined the entire culture has become miserable 3. Upper management is good for nothing. The managing director comes to office after 3 , leaves early as well and expect other employees to be in office till 8 or 9 pm 4. Managers and leads are incapable. 5. If you want to avail free snacks then you have to stay in office till 8. These guys are totally mad. Free snacks are only available for our good for nothing HR and MD 6. Finance head Rahul sucks. I have never encountered such rude person in my entire career of 6 years.

Just want to say I immensely love the culture & work ethics MSH follows. I am absolutely blessed to be a part of such an organisation. It's not only a company but an institution.

The Management is open-minded and ready to listen to their employees. I am able to reach out to the anyone irrespective of the timing if there is any need/help from my end. Also I love the fact that I am a part of the team where I am able to work closely with multiple Fortune 500 Clients which is a great learning experience for me as we have strong Global client base. Also I got a chance to travel to my headquarters multiple times. Also regarding our work culture Company believes in strong core values - Collaboration, Will-to-win and many more which is also a big asset of this organization and each employee believes in it and incorporates these values in daily activities which helps to grow in the organization.

Dislikes

HR team needs to conduct some training activities for the employees as well as should arrange some certification course which will motivate the employees to do much better than the current state.

Likes

I enjoy working at MSH. Every day there will be a new opportunity to learn and grow. Also the trust shown by the higher management enables us to perform our roles with more efficiency.

Dislikes

I did not find any cons but have one suggestion to make leave policies more flexible. There are multiple constraints like we can not club different leaves together or there should be 1 week gap before applying leave. It should be made a little more flexible n less confusing for employees.

Likes

The team is very young and dynamic. Emplyees have work life balance and thus they are very productive during working hours. Company believes in taking care of its employees and feedback surveys are also conducted time to time for continuous improvement.

Dislikes

Nothing negative as such about the company but they can definitely do a better job in terms of the skill development for its employees.
