Politics at management level,Lack of trust factor towards employees resulting in no flexibility and very restricted WFH provision

01. Will listen and take care about employee irrespective of cadre 02. Compensation is good. No twists since last few years. Compare with 90% of companies at India, msg is the best in % of hike and 100 or above bonus if you are in project. 03. Good learning sessions technically and functionally. 04. Maintains harmony. 05. Career growth is possible if an employee pay good attention. 06. Need less to say friendly environment and freedom to express.

Dislikes

Earlier little bit monopoly, but as I described earlier since last few years it is so much friendly and can express freedom. Performance can be scalable by employee himself/herself based on the matrix and get ensure.

1.Work Culture wise its okay and management wise also good . 2.Job security is also good . 3.some of the company polices need to change .

1.in the 2020 no hike and appraisal due this covid reason they are not increasing salary 2.Career growth and work life balance

Nothing is permanent over there. If you work less than 9hrs like 8hrs 59mins also you will get ur salary deducted for a day. one of the worst company I have worked so far in my career
