...mic scenario MSD is not performing well in India. So Company is on wind-up mode. No growth, no future, more then average compensation is there for old employee. Nothing is for new employee.

Salary and Job security is best. It's like government job in terms of job security. Salary is well above industry standards for cutting edge analytics roles.

Dislikes

...romotions. Favouritism, boot-licking, corporate politics is at the utmost level. If your salary and position is higher as per general experience range, then no matter what you do you won't get promoted.

Overall policies are good but they are often bent for bad reasons. Managers are incapable but they try to harass their reportees as much as possible. Very few people are work focused, more time is spent behind networking and office politics...

Dislikes

...es. Overcomplicated local policies, hardly any employee is working with passion. Mostly working for salary, which is decent.

There is so much opportunity where you can prove yourself and can be diverse in skills but due to BPO culture don't expect payoffs. The only IT and Administration departments somehow manage corporate culture. Work life balance is good except 6 days working. Overall mangement is good and HR department need to be more concernic about other stuff like timely pay, payslip on time , health insurance rather than arranging activites.

Only company in my career they pay basic as low a 1000 just to save some 200-300 Rs of pf.

Overall good CTC,global culture .

Dislikes

Career growth minimal and not across divisions due to politics . People want growth of their own people from own division preferably for promotion. Any division can shut down at any point of time due to lack of willingness to run that division or lack of competencies of leadership that affects career of so many talented people
