Ms Agarwal foundries pvt ltd Hr and plant head they only support the Telagu people Those who do the oiling to plant head they can stay on the plant. Too much politics on the toopran plant lower level to plant head. Plant Hr is not good for any thing. They always put the problems to HO hr. They didn't give the medical benifits to the management employees even you face the accident on the plant. They simply denies they don't know and they will not give any thing. No medical benifits only deduct the medical insurance amount from your salary.

I am very happy to working in this group, it is really good working Here because because we can learn more things going job in this group, it will be friendly atmosphere to work with, good culture, we have some entertainment also. Thank you.

Here the money will be deducted from our salary and given to us back as if there are giving.

Working Nature, Team collaboration, Training period, there is a scope for innovation and implementation.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor, hardly availability of leaves, no chance to get pay slips due to hand pay.

The management keeps on taking care of its employees and imparts lots of training & development sessions for the knowledge and skill development of employees. There is no feeling of junior or senior staff and everybody works like a family member.

Dislikes

Lots of paper work. It should be avoided in the current world of working culture.
