Not only salary base and growth in this company please a man who appoint a responsible post as a RSM/ASM please consider some days training period in under you. Because only salary and growth you are pay but not any able to stand business.

Things I liked: 1. Open door policy. Easily approachable top management. 2. In my role, got full freedom on projects. 3. Sales is the best function to learn ground realities in this organisation as you have to perform with limited resources. 4. Good quality products.

1. Compensation is below average for low to middle management people. absence of basic facilities like health insurance etc. TADA policy is below average in comparison to MNC's. 2. Too much involvement of the promoters in the basic decision making. 3. HOD's are capable, but can't function without promoters approval. Even for a small campaign, you have to show it to promoters, despite the presence of capable HoD's. 5. Join this organisation, if you are willing to make a system and can survive in the absence as the organisation is in a growing phase.
