...role of HR department is this company, they're the puppets of senior management. Salary, promotions, job security is nothing No one in the company who took concrete solution. My suggestion is not join this company.

The growth completely depends upon how good your manager is. I was lucky to have a good manager, so was able to grow my skillset

With no benefits, compensation or otherwise, it's hard to stay motivated. Every decision is made by the director or family, so micro management is present across all functions.

Evrything depends on employees salary if that not credited timely then I didn't think anything else really matter this company can't even hire a vendor for there sale's team salary regurded issue..

Not only salary base and growth in this company please a man who appoint a responsible post as a RSM/ASM please consider some days training period in under you. Because only salary and growth you are pay but not any able to stand business.

The staff was very good and I have learnt a lot in organisation. Moreover Mrs brctors also do a production for Mondelez International as MNC and I learnt about there standards too.

There is not much thing about dislike bt the salary structure is not much effective as work load.
