About compensation that is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is high. I have to work hard 12-13 hours in a day. I have always give my best. But there is no any appreciation,and there is no on the job training.

The staff was very good and I have learnt a lot in organisation. Moreover Mrs brctors also do a production for Mondelez International as MNC and I learnt about there standards too.
