Giving less period of time to develop a project.No job security no work culture,If work is not done they will fire if he is a fresher also. Strict timings .Bond is compulsory with extended notice period.

As it is a startup company, freshers will get good opportunity and full pledge work from the beginning of a application to hosting it

Dislikes

Not a good work culture feels like its a school, where we have to complete our hours, management hierarchy needs to be maintained.

This company is good for skill development and learning but they wont train we will get time to learn ourselves and it's pure product base company.

Dislikes

it is startup so we can't expect much facilities like in MNC

The company is open to innovation. Good opportunity to learn and explore new technology stack in market.

Work process should be improved in terms of agile terminology and see employee in there capabilities of work towards organisation and should be recognised accordingly.
