Academic coordinators are supportive and admin staff is too good... And helpful

Dislikes

No benefits to staff other than salary, management and principal always looking to cut down the salary. Management changes the policies frequently.. no employee friendly environment.

It is one of the worst organization i have ever worked with.

Dislikes

Everything that I have rated above , not a healthy and friendly environment to work with, lack of trust towards the employees, the organization have to really really strive hard to be counted amongst the award deserving organization.
