HO governed schemes and policies for all India dealers (not competitive). Poor schemes and overall scheme settlement. Supply issues( both products and transport). Management is rigid which is not suitable in today's competitive market.

Salary wise ok. promition will be there for every 3 years increment also they will give for every 1 year.

Dislikes

Kerelaite politics wil be there. For everymonth 20-24 days they will put 12 hours shift work. that was one of the irritating moment during my time in MRF

...nsparent theee is a huge cafeteria and company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of police and management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but carree geowth is slow

Every product that is basic we cannot apply directly to other product, we have to do our product from the beginning and we need more money from others to use our product.

Good supporting team and very supportive RSM. We can learn things at the grass-roots level and through periodic training sessions committed to personal and professional development. The company will invest in the employees for product training, soft skill training, and hard skill training. This investment in employee development can lead to career advancement opportunities. The RSM is happy to support the team, which fosters a positive work culture, collaboration, and communication.

Dislikes

Marketing support was very low, and no advertisement was provided by the company. HR support needs to improve.
