There's nothing called as organisational culture. The BU heads decide your future in the organisation no matter how well you perform. Once your need is done then you will be treated as a shit.

It is not that great to work for a long duration, with no upskilling and no opportunities to connect with clients easily, the offshore people try to diminish your value in front of clients to keep them on extending contracts, and there is lots of internal politics.
