Nothing to like about working in this company.

... do this 😄. But company prefered him as a project manager. Shameful thing. 3. They hold your salary minimum for 2 month. 4. There HR don't know anything about HR policies. And also do many false commitment to new joinee about there job role and salary. 5. There is a worst politics of there core committee members. 6. If you are a engineer your increment is low, if you are a supervisor then your increment is high and also you will promote to PM post 😄.

Most third class company I have ever seen....most third class HR policies I have ever seen... terrible work ethics...they only prefer non technical person & put them into managerial level with less salaries & you have to followed those stupid person rules which actually given by the head offices....in a woRd just disgusting....

Only one person who manipulate the whole structure of the company is Arnob Roy. Company has two directors but Arnob Roy decision is supreme. All clients are associated with business with MRC prism know that character of Arnob Roy, he knows the week point of the clients and targetting that to make his business growth. In Gems City project Arnob Roy and Gems manager Manas Chatterjee playing with the client of Gems City they know client dont have that much knowledge, so they start making money by doing dirty and corrupted setting. If you think of engaging with the company in top ranking post then not my sentence, Arnob Roy & Manas Chatterjee used you for their dirty game to earn huge money form Gems.
