this is not an employee-centric organization, no salary hike, performance-based appraisals are a joke here, no reward or recognition to people who actually do the job, they are mostly ignored.

example - one India location HR manager is so full of ego that people avoid her completely and a peon comes and carries her laptop bag from car to cabin when she arrives at the office every morning, she also edits her login hours with her special credentials which are for others strict 9:15 AM, she got a promotion recently to AGM level, viola!

no career growth, lots of corporate politics, no skill development, project based work if no project possibility of lay off is there, only the one who can butter the seniors can get promotions or appraisals, the senior management crumbles under pressure if not met there yearly revenue so they start shouting on the floor sometimes on the juniors., no constructive feedback is given to the team
