The most unethical company. They will overload you, the HR is a joke. The only company where i have seen a relative reporting to his own relative. A bunch of old croons who have stayed there for too long and formed their own Cotrie. TIS might have been a force to reckon with but this one is a dark shadow of the older firm. Don't join this place if u don't want to be exploited and discarded like dirt. Don't even think of working here

Dislikes

Politics, 18+ hrs of working, the most unaccomodating media team, which is unable to understand even basic English instructions. Until u dance to the tunes of the old timers u will jot be allowed to exist. Haven't seen any other company like this one, and even the other employees who have left it agree. High rate of attrition amongst IDs here

Likes

MPS is a good company if you want to develop as an learning professional (GD/ID). They are industry leaders and have top notch clients. Have high standards for quality - so in away it brings out the best in you. Generally good paymasters, especially if you know how to make your boss happy Good opportunity for becoming complete professional if you can withstand the downsides

Work environment can be very toxic at timeswhen people actually shout and blame each others in meetings. Lack of constructive feedback and maturity sometimes, though others are more moderate Office politics Poor work-life balance Poor job security (Hire and fire policy)

Likes

Good work environment, management is quite supportive, HR is extremely connected. Have a cafeteria in the premises but you have to buy your own food. Team mates are friendly, lots of people return for a second innings and most employees are long term employees, have been here for 10/20 years. Type of work is good.

Dislikes

The company has a flat structure and thats the biggest disadvantage.
