All time govt. Officer say. The officer under whom you work tells you that you do not do your work properly, even after giving your 100% there is no job security, you are always threatened with dismissal

Contract basis job. The government of Madhya Pradesh Energy department and MPPTCL did not regular contract employee till date.

Job security and ample experience of higher officials. If someone is willing to do, he has ample opportunity to do so.

The distribution of job among various employees is not satisfactory, needs improvement. Also, some HR welfare policies need to be upgraded.

There has no growth in contact based job and They only prefer their known employees and contractors took the 2000 rs amount in my 9000 per month salary in every month which I don't like
