...cture and teammates are supportive and cafeteria is not too much good but ok-ok. Company salary hike and bonous are gud.

Same as other company like here als little politics is der. To get Carrier and want to settle in that company means want to struggle too much.

Likes

The company operates in many verticals, so there is no dearth of work throughout the year. It thinks twice before planning any layoffs. A brave, directional and enduring leadership from both the MD and the CEO.

Dislikes

Midlevel management doesn't share the same level of thinking and doesn't adhere to the values of upper echelons. Mobility is almost zero, I happened to witness only one promotion in nearly four years of my employment with MPP. Workplace politics hinder the potential growth of MPP according to the vision of directors.

Overall top management has to look in to company seriously. Too much of politics, leg pulling. Many times you are threatened to get fired on the spot by some seniors. Top management is not regularly given proper updates. Plus outside city makes hectic travelling. You are forced to work in shifts. Sometimes CNC cutting planned at night 2am.

Dislikes

If you are fresher go for it. If you have family and married dont think of this company as no job security. The culture in MPP is they hire unnecessary and fire unnecessary.

MPP - great job security as there is no good talent and competition. good subordinate and supporting at middle and bottom level. people are ready to accept the change, ready to learn. develop engineering and lean improvement team which produce results by solving complex problem.

Management doesn't align to the market need. always fire fighting. more like cozy club and place for talent. more manipulation less honesty and work ethics.
