No work load. 2 days work from office. However, useless for outside Bangalore guys.

Salary and compensation Talent has a stick up their a** and management is unable to remove it. Maybe even encourages it. No professional growth. No performance related incentive. Management doesn't like changes. (For ex, changes in compensation or introduction of performance based incentive) Management doesn't innovate.

Only they will pay more than market rates

Dislikes

No work life balance, you have to work for 16 hours without overtime pay and then also your managers would not be happy at all. They keep asking you for extra effort to get mindset score but actually you would not have time even to complete your daily tasks as you have to work for 15 to 16 hours a day. If you open your mouth they will simply fire you without any warning. Too much favouritism is there. Manager will support only few people who are actually close to them and rest go to hell as per manager. Opt this company as your last option otherwise look for better company even if they pay you less that's okay but working with pathetic company like MPOWER is like making your life hell yourself.

- Pioneering anything and growing 2X YoY is a lot of hard work and isn’t for everyone. We’re good at protecting weekends and we offer a healthy amount of vacation and sick days, but the rapid pace is not for everyone - We’re very mature and process-driven for a growth-stage company. Some people thrive in that structured environment but some people prefer earlier stage (less structured) environments - We’re a data-driven company, meaning no matter how junior someone is, they can have an impact if armed with analysis. It also means that “expertise” and “experience”, while valuable, can be challenged with data
