...t worst policy, HR have no power what higher management said they do the same. No on-time salary even they won't pay 5k salaries of an intern after work for a month. if interns do want to join as full-time employees, they will not get their internship completion letter and won't receive the last 2 months' salaries. higher management treaten people for legal policy, if employee want to leave orr please don't join this company.

I have joined as fresher Business Analyst and was very new for this work but the support I have received from my seniors was great. I have been guided wherever needed and in few weeks I was very confident in the work which was allotted to me. Mplussoft is very nice and supportive company to work with. I totally recommend this company.
