স্যার, সবকিছু ঠিক আছে কিন্তু ইনক্রিমেন্ট বছর গেলে কম মাত্র 500 টাকা নেট দিয়ে চলে না স্যার, আর ইনক্রিমেন্ট কম হলে কাজ করে ভালো লাগেনা, আর কাজে কোন Over Time নেই, এটা থাকলে আরও বেশি সময় কাজ করতে ভালো লাগত, কারণ স্যার, কাস্টমার বন্ধ করার সময় যখন আসে তখন তখন কাজ অফিসিয়াল সময় থেকে বেশি হয়ে যায়। OT পেলে কাজ করে আরো ভালো লাগবে।

Terrible,ridiculous management. Hopeless environment and every year gold has stolen but policy of recovery from employees fund. They has forced to deposit the money from employees and obviously equally. Those time they has told we are a team only a family.But when the time has come for increment management has decided variable percentage. Worst company's management and Manager also too much oiling to management and also character less to lady colleagues.

Here is Nothing to like about this company, Every were are politics and politics, and general manager behaviour is too much bad, and he thought every working person in this company his own slave or his own house servent. Some time he used slang to employee but nobody have the audacity to ask him why he do this. In this company Management team means only three people no other person haven't gut to cross them, they are running like british rule in this company, salary is poor, work culture is poor and you can't expect respect here. Please my friend don't join this company, if you going from very bad financial secuation and you have no choice then please go otherwise please don't go there.

I have feel here something better but now after 16 years of my job carrier it is horrible and ridiculous.
