We can say there are some skill developments training they provided through con calls and atleast they pay salaries at time.

Seriously it's a very terrible experience for me with these company. I worked with my full but they behavior towards there employees are very rude. They even use some languages they shouldn't have to. Once the employee left the company they treat like a garbage and even not picked up calls and they didn't give any fnf and all to anyone. Just beware of companies like these.

MPCL had no business during 23rd March to mid of May, even then they paid full salary. They didn't lay off any employee. If someone is getting sick, they are allowing leave with job security.

CEO is very aggressive and mood swings a lot

MPCL is good going in last 6 months because of some skilled management are here.

Team work is not properly because of we all are focus only our performance. Everyone know if we not focusing our team performance so that definitely some loopholes always here.

All Family Members & Home town Employees have been working from starting to date they have made many mistakes but no one has taken action against them. No One of you watches, No one has taken action on him, those are theft they are working with them, those are light the Issue they are kicking them out

Here we confirm that there is Only One issue just take the employee first use it and kick them out, either the employee completes the task within Six months or maybe one or two months more after that they kick them out, and the same thing happened with me twice. The mistake by another other one was they were given that opportunity to another due to if someone works well they are stable at there only in a good salary, So that company throughout within Six months either Middle Designation or higher designation, they get New Ideas from various company & Implement and use & through.

Terrible work culture, very egoistic MD, terribly unrealistic targets, they don't even maintain stocks half of that of the targets assigned. They can fire you anytime without any reason even after your confirmation.
