1. Half of The people were working for other Elses , other for MPCG but Every one was working for oppo. 2. Mental Pressure from the Boss. There was our Colleague he was in ICU. Our Boss called him , his wife picked up the call and Still Boss wanted to talk for 2 mins for Official update. Ultimately our Colleague is No more, just Because immense pressure from our Boss . 3. You are Forced to work on Sunday's Some times, On Republic day , But u will get Zero Benefits. 4. For Increment you will get Rs. 500-1000. 5. Team Started giving Resignation 1 by 1 but No one from upper management wanted to know why is That happening. 6. Vendor Payments were never given on Time due to which There is delay in work. 7. They don't provide "Purchase Order" and due to that after 7-8 months of the work which is done they start denying the work is not done and amount is deducted with vendors.

Company in every 5 years they change name they never give you promotion, they never increase salary and if you leave company they never do Full and final in time they said we have too much work we give you soon and if you want to talk HR indore help desk they never pick call never reply mail. If you going in sales so you loose you respect from your retailers
