No culture, no policy at all, no one bothers about well being of an employer, no benefit like insurance which is basic requirement. Its like working in family business and not corporate org.

they did not support at normal time itself ,how come now!!! already they are start layoff and stop salary , and did not open to employee , hide the company situation to employees, very unbalance circumstance....

i am in sales dep, i put my paper on 2.5 months back, till date they did not relive me and did not pay me and did not settle anything to me , i keep follow up them ...i never had this type of company

Eventually no matter which profile you have been hired for they will make fool out of you and put you in domestic sales and bully you. Only oldies get ears of the mgt. if you have worked in MNC and with international brands coming here would be a rookie mistake. They don’t honour their words and commitment. Hostile and terrible env .
