Very poor salary hike and salary is not based on skills. I have seen people with lower designation tand working in manual getting more salary than higher designation working in automation. High partiality and politics here .

...y want they will remove you. ->HR is treating himself like college principle. ->They are not providing you salary even you worked. -> They are providing average salary around 3-4 LPA. ->They have signed a bond , you are not allowed leave the company before two year. -> You need to pay 2.5 lakh rupees , if you want leave the company. -> If you are breaking the bond , they will sui you as per Tamilnadu Law. -> They will increase you work pressure as per requirement , but they will never increase your salary. -> They are changing extra in canteen food/ CAB charges and providing worst quality of food. ->They forced you to work 10 hour daily. -> If you planning to join this company , you are going to ruin your carrier and health.

Eventually this is company now Rebranded with new name as MOVATE. Only good thing about this company is Job Security other than there is nothing good about the company.

... severely underpaid for the job. There is no benefits working with this company. For cab service also they cut amount from our salary upon Cab SLAB policy. Eventually my salary is 14.5 K and they cut 1.5 K for cab. This company doesn't provide any accomadation to it's employees. I will learn nothing from this work culture and there will be no growth among the positions. For appraisal and promotions you need to be assistant to your Supervisor and Team lead then you can have everything. If you are fresher kindly don't join this company. Just a humble request. ... and they don't know how much time and what resources are required for a task. Hired as L1 engineer and then from 1st day itself worked as a L2 engineer without any changes in salary. This is happening all projects. Hired for rotational shift and worked completely at night shifts. During the interview process, both Manager and HR assured to have rotational shift. But, on the floor there is only no shift, I had to work nights only. Very bad cheat. Please Please Please don't sign the bond if you are not 100% sure that you will work there for 2 years. They won't give you relieving and experience letters without paying a huge amount of money. Dirty canteen.

1. Salary structure there is lot of hidden charges. 2. If you are facing any issue in your day to day activities no will help you. 3. In offer letter they will not mention about night shift but once you joined they will put in night shift without any extra pay 4. And many more...
