Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

No words to say.....but I think here experience certificate is the main plus point here already JCI and American Council Approved hospital

The company is providing very low salary to the employee..there is no overtime payment you can do it just a freee service they will tl you will get time back but no more staff's to take evenand u can't trust your job because any time they can give you termination letter in my personal experience I'm saying that due to the almighy's blessings only now they transferred me to near to Al haram

so, sorry to say no like...its horrible...In nurses , nurses are not taking good care of patients...when patient had a fall...they cooked up new story and told patient had BP...Pls dont believe anyone in this hospital...big cheater...

pathetic...nobody to take care of patients...nurses hide when visitors come....simply they keep doing surgery to claim money from insurance...I hope this hospital will shut down soon...
