Company and management is a complete disaster. The Manager - Sawan Sharma is unapproachable, dismissive of any concerns and micromanages to an extreme degree. There’s zero opportunity for growth and it can only be achieved by catering to Sawan’s ego and he creates a highly toxic work environment where favouritism is rampant. Overall, the toxic behaviour has significantly impacted morale, and it feels like the focus is more on controlling people rather than helping them grow.

Just be good with Sr Manager Sawan Sharma and you'll get promoted every 6 months with good increments. TTI operations is all about favourism and employees must follow the manager's orders. If you question the management, you will be terminated or targeted and with no job security or peace of mind.
