Firstly, the work environment is great with all supportive management team. Secondly, the learnings and exposure is tremendous with a good pay. Lastly, the job security which adds lot value in the current market conditions.

Dislikes

Nothing to highlight as a dislike but minor area to focus is extending cabs for all employees, considering metro is available at the door step but a good to have option.

Quote team is full of micromanagement. This bucket Sairam and moody Madhu are making it worst. Usually managers and leaders fight for team but here to impress other person they are fighting with team. It’s a waste of telling you. It feels like “A dog’s tail always curled” Leave in a way that people respect you and speak well about you after you’re gone. Don’t act like you’re giving out a slap or disrespect.
