At first the things were great.

...as an employee no WFH is allowed even if you have a serious situation to handle. Salary is below average no words for that. As for appraisal 10% hike is the thing which you can expect even if you work like an machine. Worst manager and a very selfish person. No one should join tti since sawan is on board.

Firstly, the work environment is great with all supportive management team. Secondly, the learnings and exposure is tremendous with a good pay. Lastly, the job security which adds lot value in the current market conditions.

Nothing to highlight as a dislike but minor area to focus is extending cabs for all employees, considering metro is available at the door step but a good to have option.

Worst management in quote team. Sairam and Madhu are the CCTV of this quote. It’s like making a dog to sit on the throne. Very bad environment. Before asking us let this cham***s learn all the process and execute and show 8 hours. Sitting and watching others break time, tea time even road side dogs do this. If you don’t know how to lead the team, please visit Guru and ask at-least learn some basics from him. If you can’t be a good manager/ leader its good enough, but don’t be a worst and make it worst. Leave all this school management and be matured.

I would request the organisation to improve it’s management instead of deleting the negative reviews.I have worked for more than 3 years here and it spoiled my career completely. Promotion was given to a less experienced person just because he was good to some managers.If you check the exist details, no employee has given a second thought about leaving this organisation ,when they have got a new opportunity. The worst management for a MNC. Even the sick leaves has to be preplanned here and the manager has to be notified a week prior is how it works here. I hope those managers don’t feel sick working here. Manager himself is posting fake reviews saying manager himself is a missionary leader. This is serious point as I don’t know how he has worked in his MISSIONARY approach and did the people who got promoted helped him in his MISSIONARY ways.
