Nothing to highlight as a dislike but minor area to focus is extending cabs for all employees, considering metro is available at the door step but a good to have option.

I am from Product Team, Everyone has different experiences, but I truly appreciate Mr. Sawan Sharma for his leadership and guidance. His support and encouragement make a huge difference in our work environment. A group of people has recently posted negative comments about Sawan Sharma with the intent to damage his reputation in TTI. However, they are not doing this on their own; someone is encouraging or pressuring them to spread these false claims.

From the time “SAWAN SHARMA” has the reigns , the environment at the office is very toxic and definitely the worst managers I have ever seen so far in my professional career He has been very dismissive of a lot of things and never has supported any employee except the people he likes and who support him

Company and management is a complete disaster. The Manager - Sawan Sharma is unapproachable, dismissive of any concerns and micromanages to an extreme degree. There’s zero opportunity for growth and it can only be achieved by catering to Sawan’s ego and he creates a highly toxic work environment where favouritism is rampant. Overall, the toxic behaviour has significantly impacted morale, and it feels like the focus is more on controlling people rather than helping them grow.
