Myself Manjunath, I am the manager of Wild Camp Resort of Mountain Range Group since the last 12 years. I want to just address all the future team members that do not judge the company based on a couple of bad reviews. Describing my experience , i can only say that it has been nothing but wonderful. Coming to Mumbai as small town boy from Karnataka. I never dreamt of having the amount of growth and success that I have achieved while working here. Dr.Kher the company's Managing Director has always been a mentor and a father figure to me. The company really values people who want to succeed in their life and work hard for it rather than being spoon-fed

I had a great learning experience working with Mountain Range at the head office in Thane. I was hired as a digital marketing trainee and got a lot of exposure in my field. The ambience of the place is old-school but the top management is quite friendly. There are no strict rules as such, but discipline has to be maintained. Rushikesh Sir is really calm and friendly in his approach. He guided and helped me in my starting months with great patience and attention. Unfortunately, I am shifting from Mumbai to Pune. Otherwise would have liked to stay and work here

Working here has been an excellent experience so far. In my last 9 years working under the Hospitality sector here, I have learnt a lot under the guidance of Kher Sir. It has always felt like working in a team in this company.

Boss have very arrogant syndrome. Company policies are not good. In fact Co.have no any policies. They fire any employees at any time. Work security was not their and also not good for work environment. Very disaster workplace.
