Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

So cheap management, kitchen is so dirty if customers see the kitchen they can’t eat any food And only support north indians as well and gm zubair sir is also North Indian so why it’s happening and nathan manager is very cheap character in staff management and they will tell you 18000 salary but they will give u 15000 working time only 10 hours rest in 24 hours
