The industry but nothing related to the company.

...ery high attrition rate. Salaries are not paid on time that too with deductions. Salary slips are not generated to hide the fact that they do not pay tax for expats. Would not recommend joining this company.

No proper Policies, no employee development, not vision for future, bad exit process, company need to improve its way of working.

It's a fake company my permit was of 2 years I came for emergency situation from Mozambique by my own money and not given me payment at lockdown time only 2montj they provide me after that it's worst company it's my real view

Growing company , good presence in PAN africa , dealing in different verticals

Management is poor , they are not firm on their promises , HR is worst , management don't have much power , owner run company

Workplace and standards are good in place . Always company thinking deliver a high quality products to the market

Dislikes

Working culture some what poor( top management- reporting managers) are not so technically strong . So they always feelin secure with technical people thus resulting in micro management ( giving stress , small fights)
