First of all i don't work with this shit company anymore they make me leave without any justified reason, second I don't want to part of this company in my lifetime infact those who are still with the company I pity them because they can't moved out due to burden of responsibilities they have and left with no choice to face the bunch of shit people in this company. I'll give you one straight hit just imagine they have director as head of account who was earlier HR I remember his name geetraj if m not mistaken.

Its only thing I have completed 1.75 years in this company is just because of bonding I had with my teammates else there's nothing to do in this company there's no job security at all HR is one the worst part in this organisation. I personally been thrown out just because I have asked my and my teammates picnic money lying with my senior who is next to illiterate. Unusual interference of HR who are also incapable of filling up vacancies fruitfully. Not an employee based company at all. HR image is so worst as it got banned in one the icai campus interviews.

No job security ata all anybody can be thrown out of this organisation like me. Salary appraisal is not sufficient pathetic system.
