Without any notice they will ask to put resignation. Very unprofessional HR and before joining they will push to join and even fires soon even after you have a good performance. Useless company. never join motiveminds

1.Hire and Fire policy.If the company is not doing good you can be fired at any point in time. 2.All the management is from ex LTI mindtree so if you are not into their group then you are always on radar. 3.No training program to upskill yourself.External training is funded but with bond saying you should spend minimum 2 years at the organisation or else the training amount would be taken from you.

A lot of things They will hire you to work as remote consultant but ask you to visit india client location. Pathetic work culture. Once you put down paper you have no value and they will try to kick you out anytime

I can't say much about the company its just been 5 months for me .Till now the experience has been good.

Can't comment much . Till now haven't faced anything bad .I have WFH ,not much of pressure as of now. I am still new here.
