... to the work . It's ok as all the company does . Also there is no job security . They still not giving my salary (worst). There is no 0 star option or else it will be my answer . They will hire you n always tell you that it's not a BPO company . They will bring you trust

Actually i totally disliked the culture . There is just work . No relaxation in between not even a 10 min break . N with this pressure they want target completed . Almost all the member from batch of 40 leaved Motilal Oswal n working in a good environment

Why didn't I joined Motilal Oswal before. I really feel proud to say that I am working with Motilal Oswal Fin. Ser. LTD. Reason for same is, I have never experienced such firm who is so caring for employee as well their family. Apart of this even company takes care of employee day to day health life. Secondly the main part it helps employee to overcome their short fall through learning webinars which is very helpful and fruitful. No regrets on Salary/benefits and promotions. Really great place to work.

No dislikes but politics within department. And no one can ignore this as its a part of corporate life

Has flexible timings. If you are creative and good relationship with bosses you will get fair amount of bonus and increment

No work life balance.. late setting if you want to work 9- 6 not possible they love late setting..

Organization is good but the management of the branches are soo poor.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No job security. Without providing portfolio and books how many days you can survive. They expectations are too high. Basically they hire people only for acquiring new customer. New people can't tolerate 6 moth of here due to their toxic culture.. I recommend you not to join especially under rishi bobra national head. He literally abuse girls. He says ganda to girls. Lot of abusive language. People with self respect vant work. Don't join under deepak thakur and dharmendra Singh . Basically they show rosy pictures to new employee. And guyz if you join noida . Please check the history of deepak thakur who is expert in removing people from system. And Dharmendra Singh who hire girl only for telle calling. Rest if you join this organisation. Br ready for depression
