Its hr department is very supportive. You can contact even plant head , vp if you face any issue without a second thought. All are very supportive and friendly.

At MTTL only seniour position employees got the overall good facilities, juniour or freshers don't got much appreciation or respect for their hardwork and dedication that they show towards the company. For providing the facilities, company gave importance to time perioud they spend in working with the comany instead of acknowledging the hard work thay are doing for the compliment of their duties assigney by the company.
