Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality

Job security is the best thing. Repeated kind of work makes you comfortable for long time even if you are less skilled.

...son Sumi. If you are even 1min late it has to be approved by reporting manager. Otherwise salary would be deducted. Timing to come office is fixed but there in no any timing of leave from office. employees treated as labour . There is not much benefit of technical degree. Even person having bsc and bcom degree are working in R& D and btech and mtech are given lower priority. Always struggle for leaves and salary.

...anagement is good but your shift incharge very poor in behave. Bonus every year. On time salary etc.

Poor culture. Illiterate seniors. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't hear any your problem. Huge work high pressure.
