Job security is the best thing. Repeated kind of work makes you comfortable for long time even if you are less skilled.

...son Sumi. If you are even 1min late it has to be approved by reporting manager. Otherwise salary would be deducted. Timing to come office is fixed but there in no any timing of leave from office. employees treated as labour . There is not much benefit of technical degree. Even person having bsc and bcom degree are working in R& D and btech and mtech are given lower priority. Always struggle for leaves and salary.

Increment process is very poor. Don't expect and incentives or bonus in return of your good work. The official people don't know how to behave with their juniors. Leave for the juniors is like sin. I have done apprenticeship there but still waiting for my certificates. It is almost 3 months of my resignation but still waiting for my certificates. The process is too slow.

Work life balance,timely salary received, promotion in three to five years, annual increment .

Salary structure is not same for same designation. As now mostly MNC have pay scale bandwidth . This to this range and for example Assitant Manager position pay scale 9PLA to 10PLA. But in Motherson variation gap is more. It is must to maintain the designation decorum as per market standards.

Fixed Salary without any variable component and a very simple and down to earth Chairman who really cares for shop floor associates.

Strong politics,No support from Senior leadership.Adhoc job role allocation and no trainings or exposure provided even when moving to a entirely different role for which you were not hired.Absolutely no connect with Chairman and Vice Chairman Sir.HR function is non existent.

Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality
