...ibility. Even Knowing its not feasible to make them work unneccesarily more. 6. Fresher salary is very low. One shouldn't start from here. 7. Simple tasks are made complicated due to politics which is driven by top management itself. Ultimately it's a multinational lala organisation.

Work life balance,timely salary received, promotion in three to five years, annual increment .

Dislikes

Salary structure is not same for same designation. As now mostly MNC have pay scale bandwidth . This to this range and for example Assitant Manager position pay scale 9PLA to 10PLA. But in Motherson variation gap is more. It is must to maintain the designation decorum as per market standards.

Strong politics,No support from Senior leadership.Adhoc job role allocation and no trainings or exposure provided even when moving to a entirely different role for which you were not hired.Absolutely no connect with Chairman and Vice Chairman Sir.HR function is non existent.

Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality
