It is not a suitable workplace for anyone seeking growth or a positive environment.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work12-14 hours. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Dislikes

No respect for female employees. Treats and pays the staffs as laborers. Salary is not decent and the career growth is low too. Work load is high. Nobody stays for more than 6 months to 1 year. No trainings provided, however reduces salary of the employees if they make any mistakes in the work. When company work is over, they give more work and won't allow to leave for home, even if it is a female employee,and no travel conveyance given.
