Good Work experience, teammates are supportive, They give good salary.

Salary is good but no one knows, the cuttings in the salary.. Ex. if i have salaried 18,000 per month then i get 11,700 per month in hand, Even HR also not provide Salary structure and cuttings to the employees.

Salary on time and working colleagues was supportive.

Nothing from learning. Only exploitation. Seniors force for late seating in office working time is 8 hour but actually working time 10 - 12 hour. Only Junior design have more only load. One thing seniors not take responsibility but interfere in all work and not provide proper input on time but after doing work give input and change design.

Parmotion and salary not increasing as per system ,here is very politics and department side Tortures and threatens repeatedly to resign ,Does not call employees as per shift schedule I never understand the compulsion of the employee. In case of emergency, no team has been formed which will help.

They didn’t given us proper salary for Customer end SRE.whenever Over time available that time they begged us to do after Month end we will beg them to provide OT amount
