Very bad experience and work culture All activities Only for show off Ex. No fix working hours and continues 2 shift working many time in a week work during sunday off

Salary cutting are more No PF contribution from company No single rupees bonus from company Mangement not good No professional HR facilities available

I like time to time salary payment, and company discipline and food,bus service

Parmotion and salary not increasing as per system ,here is very politics and department side Tortures and threatens repeatedly to resign ,Does not call employees as per shift schedule I never understand the compulsion of the employee. In case of emergency, no team has been formed which will help.

What I have learnt? 1) Hard work 2) Team work 3) work under pressure These are the things I liked because these things are needed more or less in every company specially if you are fresher.. Motherson automotives gave me all the experience which I mentioned above. Overall if I want to rate , I will rate as average. I hope my review will help👍

...tion few things over here, 1) Work culture 2) job security 3) Growth 4) Career 5) Salary These are such things more or less compromised, As these things are very much important for an employee. Not getting into these by any company won't have long relationship with employee. It will be just a Mechanical type of things.. Hope you like it..

Its a fraud company As a fresher I won’t recommend anyone to go there They will tell you a salary which u won’t get And gonna fire after wont give experience at all I saw many employees kicked in few months Don’t waste your time and carrier there .

There is no job security they will pay more salary but our take home salary very less only who can well know about politics with manager that only person can manage.

They never give priority for employees and staff worst food dog also can't eat the food worst unsafe transport for Engineer the will give increment 800 rs only per year no team outing no earn leave no seek leave etc.....
