Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Not much to like.

Dislikes

The working hours are unreasonable. The expectation is to work 7 days a week. Kashif, the director/founder, prefers blind loyalty over skilled labour at a low cost and therefore it shows in the quality of the work. There are no incentives or promotions to aim for in the company. Expected to do your time until the boss decides the employee is worthy of a raise. Leaves are discouraged. Burn out is common for all employees.
