The working hours are unreasonable. The expectation is to work 7 days a week. Kashif, the director/founder, prefers blind loyalty over skilled labour at a low cost and therefore it shows in the quality of the work. There are no incentives or promotions to aim for in the company. Expected to do your time until the boss decides the employee is worthy of a raise. Leaves are discouraged. Burn out is common for all employees.
