The school provided me ample opportunities of taking on challenges, growth and achievements. The fast paced culture thrills you and hence provides you an inner satisfaction if achieved and a passion to achieve more on day to day basis. As an incharge of various diversified departments, it was really over achieving some times. the corporate way of working, giving department wise reporting, on going trainings, meeting targets leaves you satisfied in the end of the month, once you are properly incentivised as well. New ways of sourcing advance admissions and keeping the parents attached to you the whole of the year with latest and widest range of activities, is what I learned a lot from there.

Dislikes

Work life balance gets totally messed up and lot of targets pressures, forward planning etc. keeps you on toes and thus makes you emotionless to an extent
